Lot 61: CD 143 C.N.R. [070] Color: Rich Yellow Green Description: For the specialist, this is the [070] embossing where the periods are shaped like prisms. This is an attractive color for these Canadian beehives. Several large bubbles float around in the dome. 1" skirt fracture in the middle of the rear skirt. The Canadian Northern Railway (CNoR) was established in 1899 and merged into the Canadian National Railway (CN) in 1923. This is a nice example of Canadian railroad history!
