Lot 130: CD 162 H.G.CO. [080] Color: Clear Description: It's quite unusual to find old glass like this in Clear! It is also "transition embossed", meaning at one time the base of the mold was smooth rather than drilled to produce drip points and the "PATENT MAY 2 1893" was added later. 1/2" bruise on the wire ridge near the left mold line, 1" bruise on the wire ridge in the rear, 1/4" base bruise on the rear; the rest of the insulator is in excellent condition and the drip points are perfect! A very difficult signal to acquire and a key piece for the advanced signal collector! Estimate: $450 - $550 Open: $1 Price Realized: $578 |
