Lot 159: CD 307 HEMINGRAY [010] Color: Aqua Description: Nicknamed the "Viking Helmet" for its well-pronounced ears. The outside of the outer skirt, the inner skirts, and the entirety of the ears are free from chips and flakes, uncommon for one of these that often have significant chipping on the skirts. There is some chipping of the drip points with associated flakes up to 1/4" tall on about half of the inside of the outer skirt, mostly on the rear of the insulator. Three stress lines up from the base of the ears. This is a nice example of a hard-to-find CD and in better shape than many! Estimate: $800 - $1,000 Open: $1 Price Realized: $908 |
