Lot 150
Price Realized: $165
Lot 150: CD 263 HEMINGRAY [020] Color: Aqua w/ Milk Swirls Description: Milk swirls can be seen all around both skirts and in the bottom of the ears, mostly when base lit. This is quite unusual. This insulator, produced by Hemingray, is embossed with the trade name "Columbia" as well as Samuel Oakman's May 12, 1891 patent for "tie eyes," the feature that makes the Columbia style so unique! 1 3/4" inner skirt chip, two 1/4" ear flakes on the rear, otherwise very near mint. An oddity you don't run across very often! Estimate: $200 - $250 Open: $1 Price Realized: $165 |
