Lot 135: CD 206 {Unembossed} [010] Color: Light Blue Description: At first glance, this "castle" appears to be mint, however there is a small flake on one of the turrets that has been professionally repaired [ UPDATE: with clear museum-quality epoxy which does not yellow. In view 3, the turret in the 6 o'clock position is the one that was repaired.] There is a minuscule ding on the skirt. Most "castles" were found in Hawaii along a railroad in the 1970's, and they were predominantly Blue and Straw. An outstanding example of this classic and desirable style!
