Lot 82: CD 145 H.G.CO. [020] Color: Aqua w/ Silver Streaks Description: A pair of unusual silver "streaks" starts at the left upper wire ridge and flows diagonally across the middle of the insulator into the rear, where they take a sharp, upward turn back to the wire groove. This is quite an unusual impurity which doesn't appear to be "milk" or a trail of bubbles! 1/4" skirt flake at the right mold line, 3/4" area of small flaking on the front. A great presence with the streaks in front, and an unusual oddity for the beehive collector! Estimate: $75 - $100 Open: $1 Price Realized: $28 |
