Urzadzenie elektryczne! Translated, this reads "Do not touch! Electric device!" There is also a "skull & crossbones" outlined in black with a red lightning bolt through it. Generally signs have a simple white background, but this one has a much less common Yellow background! Some flakes on the bottom and right as can be seen in view 1. Slightly cupped.
