Lot 191: CD 1038 CUTTER [030] Color: Green Description: {Ribbed base} Green! These are much less common than their Aqua counterparts. The Cutter is known as a "tree insulator" as it was attached to a tree through the holes. It is a popular style of early, non-pintype insulator, and this is a very nice example, with only the typical flaking on the base.
