Lot 138: CD 164 BROOKFIELD [010] Color: Milky Emerald Green Description: A stunning display of milk swirls which are thick enough to give the insulator a jade appearance in areas, while still allowing the viewer to see some of the pronounced swirls. In the front of the dome, there is a clear dividing line between these characteristics. One can even see some patches with no swirling, as well as some amber swirls. This insulator commands a stunning presence, whether you base light it or front light it; even with back lighting you can see the swirls and the jade-like appearance. These milky Brookfield pieces are much less common than their Hemingray counterparts. An amazing insulator, especially in this fine condition. An Emerald "gem"!
