Even when back-lit you can see the "fizz and snow" that give the piece a translucent appearance. The embossing "[040] (Dome) H (F-Skirt) [Vertical bar] (R-Skirt) [Vertical bar]" is recognized as being produced by Hemingray. Rarely do you see a piece like this with so much fizz combined with snow! 1/4" x 1/2" and a 1/4" skirt flake, otherwise easily very near mint. An odd and uncommon piece!
