Lot 40: CD 124 HEMINGRAY Color: Blue Aqua w/ Bubble EIN: [050] Description: A 1/2" x 1 3/4" bubble is easily visible from the front. This interesting mold variant has the old "1871" embossing on the rear crown and the more recent style number "4" on the rear skirt. This was later engraved with "HEMINGRAY / No 4" on the front and the "MAY 2" patent date on the rear. The "prism style" embossing has the popular "loopy 2". 2 chipped drip points, otherwise easily very near mint. An interesting transition mold plus a unique bubble to boot!
