Lot 1: CD 257 HEMINGRAY Color: Light Milky Jade Electric Blue EIN: [040] Description: Wow! Jade! What a stunning insulator! Technically, there are a few areas where you can see faint milk swirls and a couple of areas that are less translucent. 3 chipped drip points in the front where a little flaking extends to the inside of the skirt, otherwise very, very near mint. [ UPDATE: view 4 shows the flaking from the base of the skirt towards the inside of the skirt] The low pinhole amplifies the color below the saddle and below the flange. This just came out of a collection where it has been sitting for nearly 25 years, and the one we sold several years ago could be locked in another collection for 25 years!
