Lot 8: CD 260 CALIFORNIA Color: Ginger Ale w/ Blue Streaks in the ears Description: The California helmet in this unique Ginger Ale color is more difficult to find than yellow or peach examples. Have you seen one? The blue swirling in the ears makes it even more unusual. The typical factory roughness on the base, along with a flake, have been partially smoothed out with some buffing. 2" feather bruise on the left rear, otherwise about very near mint. Without a doubt, this is a key piece for the California collector! Is our estimate too low? Don't forget those blue swirls and please don't let this one slip away!
