Lot 139: CD 154 MIN.COM.CUBA Color: Light Lime Green Description: The "MIN COM" insulators entered the hobby in 1997 at the Chicago National. It is not known where these were made, but it is speculated that they were made for use in Cuba and were not manufactured there. Very, very near mint.
