Lot 36: CD 121 W.G.M.CO. Color: Jadey Milky Dark Purple Description: 1/4" and several smaller flakes on the base. Heavy milk can be seen everywhere in the insulator and it looks stunning base lit. There are some burgundy tones. The Western Glass Manufacturing Company operated from 1900 through 1909. Many of their insulators contained manganese for decolorization, thus the purple hues.
