Lot 144: CD 296 LOCKE // No 20 Color: Dark Yellow Green w/ "Bubble" Description: Several areas of flaking on the sharp inside of the outer skirt, otherwise at least very near mint. This has a very odd white translucent "ring" about 1/2" in diameter and 1/8" wide. It is not open to the surface and there are no sharp edges or seams around it.
