Porcelain Crossarm, Creamy White; very odd crossarm and only a few known!

Lot 179: Porcelain Crossarm Color: Creamy White Description: Excellent condition! 22" x 7" x 1" with the wire grooves exactly 30cm apart. This white glazed porcelain two-wire crossarm was reportedly used on a line going to a windmill. A spool-type bracket goes on one end and two straight steel crossarm supports are attached to the bottom hole. A couple of white examples and one or two brown ones were found in a Hicksville, Ohio barn over 20 years ago. We understand that no others have been found since then. A great go-with!
