Lot 156: CD 1038 CUTTER Color: Green Description: {Ribbed base} 1/2" slice on the wire groove and the typical flaking on the sharp edges of the base. This design was patented by Scott C. Cutter on April 26, 1904 as a tree insulator, and it bears the embossing "CUTTER PAT APR. 26, 04".
