Lot 13: CD 102 PAT / JAN 25TH 1870 Color: Light Green Chartreuse Description: [030] 1/4" open bubble on the base and a little area of roughness on the wire groove, neither of which are very significant when you consider the color, which is very difficult to describe. It is "a shade of green" but with Chartreuse overtones and perhaps some yellow green as well. Nice bold embossing! Estimate: $300 - $400 Open: $10 Price Realized: $264 |
