Lot 236: N.E.T.& T. CO. Dead End Bracket w/ Spool Description: Very good condition. About 4 1/2" square. This is a bracket that was bolted to the side of a building to dead end a twisted pair telephone line. The spool may not be original, as it would have most likely been unmarked or marked with the "N.E.T.& T. CO." name. The top of the bracket is embossed "NE", the left side "T", the right side "T" and the bottom "CO" for the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company. Circa 1900. A great go-with!
