Lot 229: Brodie Tree Insulator Description: This is a CD 112 BROOKFIELD insulator in aqua with a metal shank and porcelain pulley cemented into the threads. The pulley has some chipping. Due to the stress on the insulator, they often have some internal fractures, but this one appears to be in great shape. The metal bracket assembly that attached to the tree is missing. The Brodie Tree Insulator is less common and more desirable than its counterpart, the Holmes Tree Insulator, and they complement each other well!
