Nicknamed the "Spook" or the "Ghost" because of its eyes, it is a fuse holder insulator. This is the tallest member of its family, and will stand head and shoulders above your others, and it's offered in a more desirable Forest Green color and not the more typical "Dull Gray Aqua".
