Lot 164
Price Realized: $72
Lot 164: CD 214 HEMINGRAY-43 Color: 7-up Green Description: Three very thin flakes on the inner skirt, otherwise very, very near mint. The No 43 style was designed to be used where the line would pass over the top of a hill, with the wire seated in the saddle groove. Several Hemingray styles have this coloration, which is believed to have been the result of using a run of green 7-up bottle cullet. The color is very bright and glowing, and the thicker glass really shows the depth of the color. Always popular! Estimate: $60 - $80 Open: $10 Price Realized: $72 |
