Lot 2: CD 689 FOLEMBRAY // No 289 Color: Teal Blue Description: Two 1/2" flakes at the end of one "bar," and a 1/2" flake on the other end, both hard to see from the front. This insulator was produced by the Folembray Glass Company, which closed in 1956. The deep teal color is quite rare as well as beautiful. Note the tilted inner skirt, which adds a bit more character to this attractive insulator. We haven't seen any CD 689's offered for sale in any color, so now is your chance to own a great example!
