Lot 176: CD 721 "Baby Canadian Wade" Color: Light Aqua Description: Basically factory mint with some annealing lines present. Has a very light haze on it. The "dashes" were designed to provide a better surface for the tar to grip and hold it in its protective wooden cover. Nicknamed the "Baby Canadian Wade," it is 3/4 the size of the CD 723 "Wade", and was produced around the 1860's. It was found predominantly along railroads in Canada. A cute little dude!
