Lot 158: CD 36 E.S.B. CO. Color: Blue Aqua Description: Very, very near mint. The largest battery rest: 6" in diameter. These were made by the Electric Storage Battery Company. The circular trough was filled with a non-conducting oil and covered with a lead alloy cap. These battery rests were nicknamed "birdfeeder" because of their unique shape. A really neat hunk of glass!
