Lot 152: CD 301 {Unembossed} Color: Dark Aqua Description: {Solid pour} This appears to be a CD 301 measuring 6 3/4" x 3 3/4". Excellent condition, with just some very minor scuffing, perhaps from being used as a door stop. It is amazing that such a large piece of glass was annealed thoroughly without suffering internal fractures. This was most likely kept at the factory as a paperweight. What an incredible, massive solid pour weighing in at 6 lbs. 5 oz. It is by far the largest solid pour we have ever seen, and this could possibly be one of a kind. With a solid pour CD 154 Whitall Tatum selling for over $500, who knows what this rarity will bring? Estimate: $300 - $800 Open: $10 Price Realized: $2,475 |
