Lot 134: CD 1038 CUTTER Color: Deep Aqua Description: {Ribbed bottom} Excellent condition for one of these crude old pieces. A small nick off on a few of the corners. The sharp base edges are very clean. This design was patented by Scott C. Cutter on April 26, 1904 as a tree insulator, and it bears the embossing "CUTTER PAT APR. 26, 04".
