Lot 94: CD 121.4 A.U. Color: Light Blue Aqua w/ Huge Bubbles Description: Very good condition. This early Hemingray insulator is rarely found with character. A 2" wide bubble in the skirt is directly below a 3/4" bubble in the wire ridge. Air trapped in the mold created the lower bubble, which is open to the threads. The upper bubble has the gray sheen of graphite residue, resulting from metal vaporizing in the glass. This fantastic "A.U." will certainly add some pizzazz to a Hemingray or 1871 collection!
