Lot 220: "H & H ELECTRIC CO" Commemorative Color: Ruby Red w/ Colored Swirls Description: 5 1/2" tall. Mint! Ruby red glass has been prized by commemorative collectors. This one goes over the top with fantastic heavy white milk swirling as well as shades of caramel and amber, as it blends in with the ruby red base. One can see that the swirls are perfectly symmetrical and centered in the middle of the piece. A really stunning combination you will probably never see again! Larry Veneziano produced these in 2002 as a "tribute to historic evolution of electricity." They are a 2/3 size replica of CD 269. A very limited number of "slag glass" commemoratives were produced at the end of the regular run. What a fantastic blending and swirling; a picture is worth a thousand words!
