Lot 123: CD 162 H.G. CO. Color: Deep Orange Amber Description: Three 1/8" wire ridge flakes, otherwise at least very near mint. A classic early Hemingray signal and a classic Hemingray color, probably produced in the late 1880s. The "smooth base" signals are much more difficult to acquire than their drip-pointed counterparts.
