Lot 157: CD 252 KNOWLES // NO.2 CABLE Color: Deep Yellow Green w/ Amber Swirled Ears Description: Some factory annealing fissures on the inner skirt; very good condition! The amber swirling in the ears gives them more of an olive appearance and extra character. The C.S. Knowles Company supplied electrical construction material in the early 1900's. In 1902, Knowles registered an "emerald" trademark for electrical glass which he called "Emerald Glass." This emblem appears on many of his insulators.
