Lot 160: CD 299.7 LOWEX D-514 Color: Fizzy Light Lemon Green Description: Flashover. Several of these found in the same location have flashovers, perhaps an indication of an overloaded circuit or lightning strike. A relatively new CD assignment and the only "triple petticoat" LOWEX insulator. A pleasing color for these "LOW EXpansion" insulators that Hemingray produced in 1939.
