Lot 83: CD 145 H.G.CO. // PETTICOAT / B Color: Fibrous Blue Description: Most would call it mint! At fisrt glance, this seems to have some "milk" in it but upon closer inspection you will find that it's filled with tiny 1/8" long fibers! Some of them align to make longer strands that look like milk swirls while others just "float" in the glass giving it a translucent effect. We don't recall ever seeing an HG like this. We'll start it low and see where it goes. Unusual and a great beehive for the HG or "junk" collector! (#3982) Estimate: $250 - $300 Open: $100 Price Realized: $242 |
